Pallet Strapping Machines

Pallet Strapping made easy!

Mobile pallet strapper is light, portable and easy to use. It is powered by a standard 13amp socket, is manoeuvrable with 4 high quality castors. Features include: high tension, 80 - 90% seal efficiency.

Step 1..

Push strapping unit through void of pallet and flush with product. Press strap feed button, machine automatically dispenses length of strap suitable for size of parcel.

Step 2..

Operator takes end of strap, passes it over top of parcel and re-inserts strap into entry guide.

Step 3..

Machine automatically backfeeds strap and applies level of tension pre-determined by electric control, heat sealing operation completes the cycle. Total time 15 - 20 seconds apron.
