The strapping head is a robust mechanism that is designed to high engineering standards to ensure excellent durability, using two proximity switches instead of the usual limit switches. The automatic strap feed mechanism makes loading the strap very easy without having to move the machine from the production line to carry out re-loading of a new roll of strapping material.
The hinged lids make for quick cleaning, inspection and maintenance of the strapping head, strap feed and tensioning unit.
A multiple strap function is also available allowing for single, double, continuous strapping or transit mode.
